Serves good as an RCA video cable (read for more)
UPDATE: I just realized how foolish I look for not including the link to the adapter, so here it is: RiteAV - RCA Male to F-type Female Adapter. Sorry about that!
I noticed at my school that in some classrooms they have RG6 (coaxial) cables with a nifty little adapter for the projectors, as opposed to standard RCA cables. I decided that my setup wasn't working: three short RCA video cables with couplers. The cables were constantly getting hit and pulled apart, which was frustrating when my home theater said "No Signal" and I was searching and checking each coupler spot (on the ceiling, might I add) to make sure that they were not connected. I already had one of the adapters (2 are needed) and I bought another from RiteAV and I have stunning video quality...without three separate cables! Many thanks go to RiteAV for making such a quality cable!
P.S. - I have read a few reviews about these cables being broken upon arrival; this is probably a shipping issue. I know it's a real pain, but don't be mad that a faulty cable came. Contact Amazon as soon as you notice that it's broken, they should replace it for you. If you decide to order some of these cables, I wish you good luck in receiving one that is as good as mine!

Just Barely Functional
The cable itself seems decent enough, but the connector construction is poor. One end of my cable has a screw connection that is too large for the standard coax connector so it doesn't screw in. It's currently plugged in and functioning, but the connection is far from secure.
It is a pretty cheap cable to buy, but probably comes with some risk because of it. If you absolutely need something to work, I'd go with a more reputable cable. If you just want something cheap that will most likely function, this might be sufficient...barely
Before you feel like taking a sledgehammer to the TV..
the screen quality might not be the problem. Those flashing stars might just disappear. Get a new high quality coax cable. This one is a bit stiff, which means high grade. You do not want soft, flexible coax. Use it with 90 degree connectors if necessary to avoid bending. Male F on both ends.
